I’ve been playing for 11 years, and really enjoy layin’ a groove. In grade school I studied from Dave Huber of Oak Grove School; he was fun. I consider my musical influence to come from; my brother, Dream Theatre, Stevie Ray Vaughn (ok, I know I don’t play guitar, but come on who doesn’t love Stevie?), Primus, Victor Wooten, and tool. I’m currently enrolled in Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology majoring in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration Thermal Fluids and a minor in Economics.
gear: Warwick Fortress Masterman bass, played through an SWR 4004 head and a BBE 461 maximizer into a 1x15 David Eden and a 4x10 Gallien cab.
college: Rose-Hulman for Mechanical Engineering
Most of my free time away from my instrument is consumed with my bike (a 1974 Honda CB550-K0) and my car (a 2000 Integra GS-R) and the Rose-Hulman Motorsports team. However, I’m also part of the Rose-Hulman volleyball team.
I have a dog, she is really fun to play with in the snow. I also have a fish; his name in Blinky. |
